3 / 4 cup butter, softened

White Chocolate Apricot Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

The white chocolate apricot oatmeal cookie recipe is just great! Fruits always mix well with the rich aroma of oats and dried apricots have to be listed at the top of this combination. Add some white chocolate, and you'll be in heaven!

Ingredients

1 1 / 2 sticks (3 / 4 cup) salted butter, soft

1 / 2 cup granulated sugar

1 / 2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoonBaking powder

2 1 / 2 cups rolled oats

1 2 / 3 cup coarsely chopped white chocolate

1 / 2 cup chopped dried apricots

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
